Aurynexavox S.A.S. (hereinafter, «Aurynexavox», «we» or «the company»), with legal address at Av. Corrientes 3247, 6th floor, office B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, informs through this Privacy Policy how personal data of those who visit aurynexavox.com or interact with our digital channels is collected, processed, retained and protected, in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its complementary regulations.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the personal data you provide voluntarily, such as name, email address and the content of the message you send through the contact form. Additionally, we record technical information generated by your browser (anonymized IP address, device type, operating system and pages visited) only when you provide consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to respond to queries, provide information about published projects, address requests linked to the informational service, manage site security and, when prior consent exists, perform statistical measurement and advertising activities through Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 under the Google Consent Mode v2 standard.
4. Legal basis

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control, periodic reviews and secure backups) to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
9. Minors
The site services are aimed at people over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we detect an inadvertent submission, we proceed with its deletion.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory, technological or operational changes. The current version will always be published at this URL with its last update date.
